Key Responsibilities

:

Analyze the overall budget and expenses for relevant depots, determining the most cost-effective and efficient means of maintenance services

:

Guide and direct staff to achieve operational standards, assessing staff functions within the respective functional areas to ensure goals and objectives are met. Effectively manage all reporting staff

:

-
Ensure financial tracking and reporting to deliver services within agreed budgets and service levels

:

-
Run an efficient and profitable service for the client through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, objective achievement, and maintenance of service records

:

-
Maintain high-quality service and repairs while minimizing comebacks

:

-
Develop and manage risk profiles for Client depot operations, ensuring proactive management

:

-
Convene and manage weekly department meetings

:

-
Manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure depots are always in full compliance

:

-
Maximize earning potential by networking and seeking potential clients for relevant refurbishment centers

:

-
Conduct regular branch and distributor inspections to ensure adherence to required technical support standards

:

-
Reduce unnecessary expenditure in depots by ensuring correct procedures and protocols are followed

:

-
Maximize earning potential by focusing on customer-paid servicing, maintenance, and repairs on all available units

:

-
Minimize in-contract repairs and breakdowns due to poor service and maintenance operations, schedules, and discipline

:

Maintain and develop relationships with clients to drive business growth and sustainability

:

Ensure responsible depots fully utilize the SLA for customer work instead of outsourcing

:

Ensure depots follow correct timelines and procedures set within the company for all work done for the customer

:

Provide guidance and management support to all Depot Managers regarding the SLA

:

Identify opportunities to develop national refurbishment centers and increase profitability

:

-
Ensure no liabilities against the company for incomplete or subpar work

:

-
Minimize customer complaints to uncontrollable conditions and circumstances rather than negligent acts of the company

:

Resolve customer complaints during the first encounter and prevent repeat complaints of the same nature

:

- ** Ensure all RTMS audits are fully compliant and passed for all responsible departments.
