  • A professional, selfmotivated individual must fill this vital position. The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will schedule all inbound/outbound shipments, provide leadership to our warehouse team and strive to keep transportation costs low.
  • On the Warehouse side your job is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the storage procedure, from the complicated storage logistics, to keeping an eye on the warehouse workers scheduling shifts and ensuring staff are adequately trained. Juggling a variety of tasks.
  • The Warehouse & Logistics Manager serves as a key business partner, a job of variety, Managers will spend their time both in the office and out on the shop floor overseeing staff so you'll never be stuck at your desk. You'll also be in touch with other Managers in the production chain to ensure the management of goods is well coordinated.

Accountabilities

  • Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements

  • Recruit and train warehouse personnel
  • Ensure materials and end products are delivered to relevant sites in a timely manner as per clients' criteria
  • Maintain customer service logs and safety records
