Your Responsibilities

̈ Managing your own diary and attending all valuation and viewings appointments.

̈ Agents are responsible for signing sales mandates with clients, managing individual relationships, and negotiating transactions.

̈ Agents are responsible for their own specific geographical area and choosing their own working day, with the freedom to conducting business irrespective of area.

̈ Working with our dynamic marketing team, our Agents have access to the best technology, marketing, and supporting systems in the industry.

̈ Motivation by exceeding expectations whilst keeping the customer's interests at the heart of every action

̈ Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market.

Requirements:

̈ Must have a Fidelity Fund Certificate (non negotiable)

̈ Must have own transport, computer and cell phone

̈ Strong negation and interpersonal skills

̈ Good knowledge of local property/trends

̈ Self-motivated and deadline-driven

̈ Time Management

̈ Operating with integrity

̈ A strong entrepreneurial mindset is critical.

̈ Prospective agents should have the ability to build and maintain relationships.

̈ Agents must maintain structure daily and be disciplined about completing tasks.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary:
R200, R500,000.00 per year
