complaints, or problems

description

  • Answering calls from clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or
other issues with products or services

  • Responding efficiently and accurately to clients, explaining possible solutions, and
ensuring that clients feel supported and valued

  • Engaging in active listening with clients, confirming or clarifying information and
diffusing irate clients, as needed

  • Building lasting relationships with clients and team members based on trust and
reliability

  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent
consistent client service

  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of
company, the services, and the and position

  • General reception duties for all incoming calls from clients
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures

experience, qualifications and skills

  • Matric or Equivalent


  • Computer literate

  • MS Word, Excel, etc


  • Exceptional telephone etiquette

  • Excellent client service, active listening, and verbal

  • Strong time management and decisionmaking skills
