description
- Answering calls from clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or
- Responding efficiently and accurately to clients, explaining possible solutions, and
- Engaging in active listening with clients, confirming or clarifying information and
- Building lasting relationships with clients and team members based on trust and
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of
- General reception duties for all incoming calls from clients
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
experience, qualifications and skills
- Matric or Equivalent
- Computer literate
- MS Word, Excel, etc
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Excellent client service, active listening, and verbal
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
- Strong time management and decisionmaking skills
- Adaptability and accountability
- Understanding of company services
- To be trained
