Overview
The purpose of the job is to provide administration support to the SFS department.

The role entails managing AX, Isometrix, and other related systems and procedures, as well as strong governance over POs and PRs related to stock and non-stock movements.


Qualifications
*_Qualification

  • Diploma/certificate in Administration, Supply Chain

_Qualification / Professional Membership_

  • Proven experience with complex planning and improved business planning.

Experience

_Work Experience_

  • 3 year's demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably in a transport or SHERQ environment
  • 1 years' demonstrated experience with ERP (AX, SAP etc)

Duties

Administration

  • Responsible to maintain operational, SHERQ, and financial records
  • Responsible to maintain used oil volume, cost, and quality records.
  • Responsible for performing the administration of all purchase orders and requisitions for the unit/department on AX.
  • Responsible for the control and reconciliation of petty cash.
  • Responsible for submitting overtime hours for approval.
  • On a monthly basis reconciles Wesbank/Absa statements with driver trip sheets, calculates km/litre for BME vehicles.
  • Responsible to submit Isometrix reports.
  • Responsible for overall administration support.
  • Assist with Logistics documentation and scheduling when required.

Department support

  • Assist with monitoring and reporting of OPEX.
  • Assist with departmental meetings and minutes.
  • Issuing of PPE, consumables, and other items as required.
  • Assist with crossborder import/export operations.
  • Responsible as Document controller for all departmental documents.
  • Participate in departmental audits as the document controller.
  • Support and follow up of internal processes such as CAPEX requests or adhoc requirements.
