Introduction

Job description

Collect documents of activities executed.
Inspect required activities and record/compile all information in a Data Book.
Ensure all activities are signedoff by relevant parties (e.g. manager, foreman and/or client's quality representative)
Ensure 100% adherence to quality requirements prior signoff.
Ensure no form is missing or incomplete as this could result either in a redo, or nonpayment by the client.
Manage / escalate issues performance issues.
Communicate nonconformance to relevant stakeholders timeously and follow up.
Maintain sound relationships with relevant stakeholders, displaying abilities to communicate and be objective and appropriately firm where required.
Analyze the project planner and draw up an inspection schedule for offsite equipment and acceptance inspections
Identify and create opportunities for knowledge sharing.
Effective team and selfmanagement in alignment with M&RC's values and leadership initiatives

Minimum requirements

Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
Certificate for Introduction to ISO 9001 standard
Certificate in Basic Auditing
Microsoft Office [Excel]
Valid EB Proficient Driver's license
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Valid Medical certificate of Fitness
Covid19 Coronavirus Vaccination Certificate [Site Specific]
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a project environment
Sector experience advantageous e.g. mining, fabrications etc.
Knowledge of basic project management principles, project lifecycles and planning
