Inherent requirements:
Matric
Relevant NQF level 6 qualification and / or Education Training and Development Practices (ETDP)
2 to 3 years working experience as a Skills Development Facilitator
Registered as a Skills Development Facilitator (must provide proof of certification)
Proven track record of experience in grant submissions
Have experience in drafting, compiling, and submitting of WSP and ATR with different SETAs
Preferred requirements:
Valid drivers' license
Excellent communication skills
Constant attention to detail and accuracy
Be a team player
Be result focused
Ability to plan and organise activities
Duties and responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and compile the annual Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report in line with relevant SETA and B-BBEE Strategic requirements
Drive sales strategy to increase revenue and profit through funded solutions and achieve organisational annual targets and grow SETA funded opportunities for the Training Force Brand
Set up meetings with potential clients to address their concerns and understand their requirements and advise them of the best training solution for their needs specifically focusing on discretionary funding opportunities
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on the best training solution for their needs
Negotiate contracts and packages within the Company's parameters for the Western Cape region
Duties and responsibilities:
Build business by identifying and selling the Company's portfolio
Meet and exceed targets in line with the business units' strategy and budget
Assist and give advice to line management with regards to the implementation of the annual Workplace Skills Plan
Coordinate and compile funding reports on a weekly basis
Coordinate and support all processes, arrangements, and requirements for (not limited to): Learnerships, Apprenticeships, Skills Programme, and all other related new schemes, e.g.
Ensure that all reports including but not limited to cost reports, are accurately compiled and submitted to the respective stakeholders within the set deadlines and target dates
Provide accurate and meticulous recording and submission of Discretionary Grants
Coordinate any related surveys, communication, updates and regulatory audits in view of grants
Ensure that all compilation and submission of Skills Development / Management Control, B-BBEE related reports, enquiries and surveys are accurately completed and submitted on time to relevant stakeholders
