Responsibilities:

Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for construction projects.
Manage and track project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate and procure the required resources.
Prepare and present accurate reports on project costs, variations, and forecasts.
Analyze project financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on costrelated matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in civil site quantity surveying.
Solid understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project management principles.
Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Office.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
