Creditors administrator
To ensure the smooth operation of the creditors department according to the policies and procedures of the company.

  • Core duties:_
  • Capturing of invoices based on GRN's
  • Reconciliation of creditors statements
  • Liaise with stores and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain an accurate age analysis
  • Maintain a neat and systematic filing system
  • Prepare payment batches for review
  • Minimum requirements_
  • Matric
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Meticulous and organized person
  • Ability to work under stressful and pressurized conditions
  • Time management is critical
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of an accounting system - 2 years minimum
  • Strong excel knowledge - 2 years minimum

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month


Education:


  • High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:

- finance and creditors: 2 years (preferred)


License/Certification:

  • Driver Licences (preferred)
