Job Role:
- Take full ownership of administration / records: Purchases, pricing
- Ability to manage and action a busy desk, multitask
- Exposure to a projectbased space
- Work in a tight deadline driven environment
- Work with various service providers: internally and externally
- Update all new information required for all service providers
- Work with the Procurement officer and the team to ensure all required deadlines are met.
- Ensure PR conversion to PO is timely whilst ensuring all administrative duties are maintained
Experience
- 2 years plus procurement experience
- Procurement System experience is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Preferable exposure to the Health and Fitness industry
- Above average communication skill
