Matric/ N3 essential

3 Year Diploma or Degree advantages and preferred

Coaching Certificate advantages and referred

2 Years of Team lead experience within a call centre essential

Able to coach and train team

QA on work and scoring of the agents

Excellent communication skills in English and another SA Official Language

Good admin skills and ability to manage admin related to weekly reports

Basic salary plus 2 performance bonuses per year and Free Medical Aid
