Pre Legal Personnel


We are a car rental company based in Johannesburg looking for a Pre-Legal Personnel to work in our offices based in Halfway House, Midrand.

We offer long-term rental solutions to our clients (Corporate & Individuals).

We are looking for an individual that will be able to provide clients with legal assistance and advice. You should possess excellent analytical, research and writing skills. And the ability to make good judgements.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and oversee car rental contracts.
  • Ensure clients know what they are signing for on rental contracts, as well as terms and conditions.
  • Drafting legal documents, structuring solutions for issues, and providing support in legal issues.
  • Researching and advising on all aspects of South African financial services legislation and contract law (as it applies to finance transactions) relating to car rental.
  • Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
  • Issue and overseeing the process of letter of demands.
  • Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in law.
years' experience in the Law field.

  • Legal collections experience.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.

Salary
Market related salary


Salary:
R350, R450,000.00 per year
