Description
Develop and manage a comprehensive sales plan tailored to each client in all regions.

Analyze sales data regularly to assess business growth and identify opportunities for expansion.

Achieve business development goals in existing market activities by implementing effective sales strategies.

Negotiate and implement price adjustments across various regions.

Monitor sales performance across all markets and provide management support as needed.

Manage wine allocations and oversee branding coordination.

Cultivate and maintain client relationships with local wine boards and bodies.

Write and edit content for all wine-related marketing materials.

Manage all wine-related social media content.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the wine industry.

Proven track record in direct-to-consumer wine sales.

Experience managing an E-commerce site is desirable.

Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills.

Previous staff management experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.

Strong organisational and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to foster professional relationships with all departments.
