Qualification:

Matric/Grade 12 or Educated to A-Level or equivalent essential


BS or MS in computer science or information systems along with minimum of 3 years work experience in a related field.


Experience:


Minimum of 3 years of experience in data visualization and analytics, working with businesses to shape and implement their BI strategies, improve operational functions, efficiencies, and ultimate performance.

Ability to understand and implement complex DAX calculations.

Experience of data mining and ability to sift through large amounts of data to find emerging patterns.

Experience with integration and consolidation of data from multiple data sources.

Previous experience working with Power BI in a retail environment.

Experience of data warehousing and data modelling.

Experience of engaging with end users to design, configure and support Power BI reports


Skills and Knowledge Essential:

SQL query writing, creating data structures and storage for efficient processing

Advanced knowledge and experience of Excel, Power BI and data visualization. Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Diary), TeamsKnowledge and experience of data cleansing, visualisation, and reporting
