Location:Hoedspruit, Limpopo

Salary:
R20 000 basic + Performance bonus Excellent additional benefits to be discussed at interview

Position Overview:

A world class 5- Star hotel chain is opening a new safari lodge and is seeking an experienced energetic Spa Manager to run an upmarket wellness Spa.

The position requires a flexible energetic individual who can lead a team.

Great opportunity for a Spa supervisor wanting to step up to Management or an existing Spa manager familiar with a Spa lodge setting.

If you are revenue driven, detail oriented with Team Empowerment being a major focus then this is for you

Duties:

Motivated to achieve financial and operational goals
Possess an understanding of interpretation of reports including cost and inventory control
Ensure Spa brand standards and protocols are maintained
Ensure Spa is consistently staged for maximum buyer impact and increase revenue generating opportunities.
Promote a positive healthy team culture.

Requirements:

National/International Beauty Diploma, minimum 2 year course
Minimum 7 years experience in a luxury lodge or resort environment
Minimum 2 year managerial/supervisory experience.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Proficient in Outlook & Excel with knowledge of CHI Desk advantageous
Additional managerial, business or self development courses advantageous.
Own reliable transport
Fully vaccinated for Covid 19

Spa Operating hours:
8am-8pm Daily
45 hours per week
Open on Public holidays

Start date: 1 April 2024
