Full-time in-office position - Kenilworth Cape Town
Must have at least four years of work experience in digital communication
Basic Salary related to experience + company benefits + commission

Duties of the job include:

Create, tailor, and adapt content to maximise SEO across all our owned platforms
SEO copywriting
LinkedIn Marketing (paid content/advertising)
Conceptualise and craft engaging and interesting content for our LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram platforms.
Proposal writing (working within our templates while adapting the writing style so that it is nuanced and specific to the client)
Work alongside a creative design team to maximise communication impact
Create and Maintain Mailchimp campaigns
Create copy for regular client communication
Copy editing and proofing

Lastly, we are looking for an 'ideas' person with empathy, a can-do attitude, and a passion for the CX industry.

A background in PR or journalism is a major plus
The position is work-from-work at our warm and inviting office in the lush southern burbs of Kenilworth.

We know how to work hard, but we are a fun-loving bunch who don't like to take ourselves too seriously.
