Operations Manager - Hotel - Howick #04- Ensure all tasks are executed professionally, efficiently, and with a focus on guest satisfaction.


  • Act as the primary liaison between guests and the company, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Prepare work schedules based on occupancy forecasts and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and the Guest Services team to meet their specific needs and preferences.
  • Proactively upsell additional services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain the quality of work to meet or exceed the company's high standards.
  • Undertake other relevant assignments as requested by the management.
  • Extend a warm welcome to guests upon arrival, serving as their host and main point of contact.
  • Provide comprehensive concierge services, including recommendations, reservations, and personalized assistance.
  • Ensure the availability and upkeep of a luxury vehicle for guest transportation needs.

Qualifications:


  • A background in luxury travel and concierge services is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proven track record of efficiently managing and coordinating tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Salesoriented mindset with a focus on upselling additional services.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and handling luxury vehicles.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of the travel industry.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a premium guest experience.
Salary R25000 to R30000 neg live-in
