e are looking for a Parts Sales Specialist in Hennopspark, Centurion.

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO:
Communicate with our clients to understand their needs and requirements to ensure

a smooth sales process and good overall customer experience.

THE TOP PRIORITIES OF THE ROLE ARE:

  • Receive and complete customer orders
  • Fill customer orders from stock items
  • Procure parts when stock levels are low
  • Read catalogues or computer displays to determine replacement parts stock
numbers and pricing

  • Prepare sales orders, invoices and quotations
  • Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts,
customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions.

  • Assist customers, such as responding to customer complaints and updating them
about back-order parts

  • Locate and label parts and maintain inventory of stock
  • Mark and store parts in stockroom to prearranged system
  • Discuss the use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of the
equipment

  • Maintain parts warehouse
  • Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical
replacement parts are not available.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:

MUST HAVE'S

  • Matric or Equivalent
  • Excellent customer service ability with at least 2 years of parts sales or customer
servicing type experience

  • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong numeracy and administrative skills

WILL COUNT IN YOUR FAVOUR

  • Previous Pastel Evolution experience
  • Any technical/construction/tooling or similar background or knowledge

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
