Our client, a leading force in African healthcare supply chain management, has a position available for an
Inventory Manager based in Witfontein (R21 near OR Tambo Airport).

Job duties and responsibilities

  • To analyse stock movement and trends, in order to accurately track stock movements and identify and implement process improvements to minimise stock losses due to various operational reason.
  • The incumbent will also manage the business processes and co ordinate resources to ensure accurate internal, as well as interbranch stock replenishment, according to the required quantity, quality and productivity requirements.
  • The incumbent will also manage the monthly system hygiene audit and coordinate the system housekeeping activities required.
  • Is responsible for the site safety program and ensures that the environment supports the safety of all employees.
Desired Experience and Qualification

  • Matric
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or related
  • 5 years' experience in a similar environment
  • SAP experience essential
  • Stock control experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Budgeting and cost management
  • Business and operations management
  • Occupational health, safety, environment and quality knowledge
  • Reporting skills
  • Ability to diagnose deviation from principles and align transactional procedures

Salary:
From R55,000.00 per month

  • Kempton Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
