Key Performance Area:
- Maintain accurate and up to date administrative records at all times
- Communicate with the head office regarding payments and maintain all financial records
- Processing and dispatching of orders daily
- Liaising with courier companies for collections and deliveries
- Stock control and warehouse management
- Processing credits and following up on POD's
- Requesting quotes where needed
- Ordering stationary, groceries, and other items as required for the office
- Communicating with clients when required
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and be able to work as part of a team
- Sales, customer service and administration experience is essential
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Motivated to grow with the business
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Computer literate
- Experience on Xero
