PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A POSSIBLE WORK FROM HOME POSITION (DEPENDING ON YOUR PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY) AFTER 9 WEEKS TO 15 WEEKS OF TRAINING OFFICE BASED. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE FIBRE AT HOME

  • Matric / NQF equivalent
  • No Criminal Record
  • South African citizens
  • Australian based clients therefore you are required to work night shift
  • 1 year Call centre experience working with International Clients
  • Technical Aptitude
  • Experience ISP centre environment is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Telecoms and IT industry
  • Brilliant command of the English Language as you will be speaking to Australian Clients
  • MS EXCEL, MS WORD, MS OUTLOOK, Numeracy
  • Excellent command of the English Language both written and verbal

Additional Information regarding this opportunity:


  • Training Rate is R30phr
  • Go-Live Rate is R35phr

Salary:
R R35.00 per hour

  • Salt River,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:


  • IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT: 1 year (preferred)
