Key Outputs

  • Course booking
  • The creation and update of courses in CAMPUS and Internet
  • Dealing with Inquiries
  • Generation of training KPIs
  • Arrangement and coordination of mentors for internal technical training tasks and data update in Qualification Matrix and Innosoft
  • Scheduling of local trainers in coordination with trainers' superiors
  • Developing local training resources, local training business plan and local training center according to global training strategy and local business plan
  • Generation of aftersales offers for training Generation of update and followup of customer training plans.
  • Coordination and international cooperation for customer training and internal technical training: requesting trainers abroad, supporting services, such as ordering training documents for projects, travel organization, support for scheduling of trainers, administration of Field Trainer tandem trainings, support of license calculation for customer training
  • Creation of local training budget and training plans for local technicians in cooperation with Finance and Service Team etc.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years' work experience
  • Knowledge of Liquid Packaging Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Machinery is highly beneficial,
  • Diploma or Degree or related Qualifications
  • Training Experience is an Advantage,
  • Exposure to SAP systems,
  • Experience with the Learning Management System (LMS),
  • Exposure to SALIS and ECOS/ICON, or similar systems an advantage.


  • Microsoft

  • MS Office,
  • Experience with Online Database maintenance systems,
  • Exposure and knowledge of Contract Law 'Commercial,
  • Fluent Spoken and Written English,

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R25, R30,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg North, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
