Description

Fixed term contract ending one day after the general election in 2024
Digital fundraiser

Ref:
FHO-DIGFUN-001

Development and delivery of the Party's online fundraising activity and footprint, which includes:
conceptualising and creating relevant online fundraising plans, content and campaigns
maximising digital platforms and innovations for online fundraising activity
creating, maintaining and distributing reports and newsletters
ensuring all relevant fundraising rules, regulations and legislation are adhered to

Prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:
National Senior Certificate or equivalent
Tertiary qualification in relevant role field (e.g. marketing/advertising/finance)
Three years' experience in a similar role/field, including advertising, branding, communications, digital marketing and fundraising
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite and design programmes
Experience in project management, dashboard tracking and reporting
Experience in front-end web development and management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational abilities
Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing tools
Knowledge and understanding of the South African political landscape
Commitment to the principles, policies, and programme of action of the Democratic Alliance
An ability to multi-task and work effectively and energetically around a demanding work schedule
