Currently, we're on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative based in Durban, South Africa.



Responsibilities:
  • Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customers.
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate actions.
  • Resolving any customer queries regarding products or services.
  • Handling telephone calls, customer transactions, and general administration duties.
  • Resolving customer problems (e.g., shipping or invoicing issues).
  • Informing customers about prices, expected delays, and any other necessary information.


Requirements:
  • Relevant Qualifications.
  • Prior experience as a customer service representative.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven, and dedicated.
