Currently, we're on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative based in Durban, South Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customers.
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate actions.
- Resolving any customer queries regarding products or services.
- Handling telephone calls, customer transactions, and general administration duties.
- Resolving customer problems (e.g., shipping or invoicing issues).
- Informing customers about prices, expected delays, and any other necessary information.
Requirements:
- Relevant Qualifications.
- Prior experience as a customer service representative.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven, and dedicated.
