Job Purpose:
Formulate and implement talent management strategies, framework, programs and initiatives to meet the aspirations of employees identified in the talent pool in order to develop and retain the right talent by aligning the career development and succession plan of high performers to organisational strategic goals and objectives and thereby enhance business performance.
Accountabilities:
- Drive development and implementation of Talent Management Strategy and ensure adoption of relevant frameworks as applicable to the business
- Ensure a robust talent pipeline for the business through career development pathways, graduate programme, bursary programme and other external pipeline as deemed necessary
- Drive development of functional and leadership capability management plans
- Create talent analytics and trend analysis through dashboards to enable better business decisions
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology/Organisational Psychology/Human Resources
Relevant Work Experience:
- 8 years work experience in Talent Management
