The successful incumbent will have the responsibility for the project management of Industrial Cleaning maintenance and project contracts in KZN and nationally as-and-when required.

Minimum of 10 years Industrial Cleaning experience in the Petrochemical industry

Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001

Intimate knowledge of industry best practice and latest technology

Proven track record of managing teams of more than 50 people

Excellent communication with all stakeholders including clients, team members and suppliers

Ability to solve problems

Able to excel in high-pressure situations

Excellent organizational and management skills

Ability to work with other service providers involved in the project

Train and encourage team members to remain safe and productive

Proven ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment

Proven ability for planning, job execution, measurement, documentation, and reporting

Minimum Qualifications required

Grade 12

Inert Entry Certification

Project Management Certificate/Diploma

Tertiary qualification will be advantageous

HP and Vacuumation Training Certificate

Must be in possession of a valid RSA driver's license and own vehicle.

Manage on-site personnel to ensure effective execution of projects within the constraints of time, cost, quality, and safety.

Job scoping and planning

Provide input into tender preparation and estimating

Cost control aligned with budget expectations

Ensure compliance with contract requirements

Forge customer relationships to ensure a harmonious service provider / customer relationship

Act in accordance with safety appointment

Human resources planning and team deployment aligned with daily job requirement

On-time procurement of equipment, human resources, and consumables aligned with the project execution requirements

Identify production efficiency and cost improvement initiatives

Daily progress reporting to client representatives and internal and external stakeholders, as may be required from time-to-time

Responsible for project team performance monitoring, evaluation and feedback

Ensuring human resource recruitment complies with the Company's Employment Equity Plans

Sound knowledge and proven track record of Health and Safety regulations and ISO

Identify team member training needs

Ensure all Daily Diaries, time sheets and supporting documents are submitted and signed off by clients daily

Attend client meetings and implement agreed actions as per agreed dates
