Managing the site's performance:


  • Oversees the monthly closing of each of the Warehousing Solutions sites
  • Analysis and challenge the operational and financial results of the sites
  • Guarantees adherence to the Budget for each site, anticipates deviations and defines the necessary corrective actions
  • Proactively delivers the local financial analysis needed to support sitelevel decisions (quarterly performance reviews)
  • Promotes and develops the culture of results within sites
  • Monthly and Quarterly comments for results basis inputs from accounting team and business

Broadcasting best practices:


  • Promotes crosssite improvement by proposing new initiatives (for example, continuous improvement)
  • Develops performance analysis by benchmarking with other companies or within the Group
  • Develops, whenever possible, performance comparisons between sites and spreads best practices

Analysing clients' contracts:


  • Presents the

    Inherent Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

  • Matric or Senior Certification equivalent
  • BCom degree
  • A minimum of 2 years' accounts experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' financial reporting experience

Skills

  • Conceptual, analytical, numeracy skills
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software

  • BCom degree
