Job summary:


You will work closely with districts, global team, industry segment partners, dealer senior leadership team to execute the Marketing & Sales Excellence Program (MSEP) requirements and deploy the digital marketing standards meant to drive superior customer engagement and improve dealer services growth agenda with the retail and small core customers, in support of the Enterprise services growth strategy.


What you will do:


  • Support dealers enable the digital marketing standards, with focus on the digital marketing tools and digital marketing online solutions meant to drive enhanced customer engagement and experience.
  • Support dealers select and enable marketing automation tools that allow boosting the online customer engaging through dynamic and agile customer journeys, monitoring the customer behavior online with the goal to increase the number of active retail customers online, and create a superior customer experience
  • Drive a step change within dealers to fully utilize omnichannel digital marketing capabilities and integrations with their customer relationship management (CRM) tool. Helping dealers adopt enhanced CRM systems capable to manage multichannel marketing requirements such as customer journey deployment, dynamic segmentation, agile customer approach and others, sharing best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and architecture.
  • Work with the dealers to measure and monitor the effectiveness of their marketing sales funnel through CRM systems, helping them define processes, and performance KPIs for a customer centric marketing approach and accurate customer database.
  • Help dealers analyze data, develop customer segment marketing plans based on customer online behavior.
  • Ensure the dealers have 24/7 online customer interaction tools such as live chat, WhatsApp and when needed, identify potential areas of improvement and work with the dealers to implement actions that would boost our customer experience and differentiate us from our competition.
  • Collect and share Dealer initiatives and best practices on customer management databases and online marketing automation and customer interaction tools.
  • Support Dealer Customer Experience metrics and initiatives to enable data driven dealer improvements in both digital and physical touch points throughout the customer journey.

You will have:


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in, marketing, data science, or another business discipline
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels, customer management tools and platforms, digital content management, marketing automation and collaboration techniques
  • Excellent communication skills needed to communicate the vision and drive the change.
  • Advanced leadership skills ability to influence, build strong relationships, lead change management
  • Strong time management skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Previous customer sales or marketing knowledge/customer facing experience.
