  • To Supervise and ensure various administrative, clerical tasks and License renewals processing are done.
  • Manage the flow of daytoday operations.
  • Confirm Vehicle details
  • Create submission batches
  • Verify batches from license departments
  • Create courier batch
  • Admin and Helpdesk communication
  • Ensure daily stats is reached.
  • Ensure that the dept. is within the stipulated time frame for all the processes.
  • Quality v Quantity output.
  • Provide any training that team members need.
  • Communicate clear instructions to team members.
  • Manage and monitor team members' performance.
  • Create and distribute reports to update the company on the team's progress.
  • Manage all the staff's time sheets.

Qualification and experience:

  • Grade 12 is a MUST.
  • Relevant Operations/Management qualification.
  • 2 years' relevant experience.

  • Relevant Office Administration qualification.
