Receptionist for a large
Transportation Company based in
Linbro Park.

Responsibilities

  • Direct incoming and outgoing calls
  • Taking messages
  • Welcoming Guests
  • Managing the reception area
  • Monitor post and deliveries
  • General administration
  • Order stationary
  • Assisting the Orders Department
  • Responsible for collection/promo invoices including office administration

Requirements:


  • Grade 12
years receptionist experience

  • Switchboard experience
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Computer literate
  • Very good typing skills

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (preferred)
