Managed People Solutions is looking to hire a
Receptionist for a large
Transportation Company based in
Linbro Park.
Responsibilities
- Direct incoming and outgoing calls
- Taking messages
- Welcoming Guests
- Managing the reception area
- Monitor post and deliveries
- General administration
- Order stationary
- Assisting the Orders Department
- Responsible for collection/promo invoices including office administration
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Switchboard experience
- Telephone etiquette
- Computer literate
- Very good typing skills

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (preferred)
