Description
Job requirements:
- Matric
- Must have a Driver's license and own transport.
- Office administration work experience or similar role.
Job responsibilities:
- Request bank statements and load them onto online Pastel.
- Allocate the payments to the customer and supplier accounts.
- Ensure customer and supplier account details are up to date.
- Send confirmation of bookings and loading details to customer and supplier.
- Assist customers and suppliers with any inquiries, request invoices and delivery notes.
- Send invoices to customers and monthly statements.
- Keep file up to date with orders, invoices, payments, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Update daily movement sheet.
- Wright out hire contract for jobs.
- Ensure that we receive time sheet. Order numbers
- Check clock cards every day.
- Keep updated list off all PPE.
- Update fleet operation sheet daily.
