Remuneration:


Basic Salary:
R19,000.00


Medical Aid Cover:
Includes employee plus 2 minor dependents (company-paid)

Retirement Annuity Benefit: 10% of basic salary (company-paid)

As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for:
Providing claims services, including processing arrangements for medical and travel insurance claims

Handling claims efficiently from start to end, including data entry and invoice assessment

Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor

Working collaboratively in a multi-lingual and multi-cultural team environment


Job Requirements:

Proficiency in German (Level B1 or higher)
Proactive attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure.

Excellent attention to detail

Flexibility and openness to ongoing changes and training

Matric qualification or higher

Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office tools

Ideally already secured a South African visa.
