Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Drill Rig Specialist in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of drill rig operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and train junior staff.
Certifications in drill rig operations and safety (if applicable).
Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel when required to project sites or other locations as part of job responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Operational Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge and experience to operate and maintain drill rig plants effectively.
Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drill rig equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Training: Provide training and guidance to junior staff on drill rig operations and safety procedures.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and operational activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of drill rig operations within construction projects.
Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to drill rig operations, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
