Gauteng, Tshwane (Pretoria) - Annually Cost To Company (Market related, Negotiable) **JOB DESCRIPTION** - Provide specialist legal advice on remedial actions following complaints and investigation reports on company intellectual property infringement - Negotiate, draft or vet contracts, subcontracts, and agreements for company operations - Coordinate legal efforts for all litigation matters, including briefing attorneys - Proactively mitigate potential litigation matters affecting the company - Offer legal advice on corporate legal affairs **JOB REQUIREMENTS** - Diploma + Advanced Diploma/ B-Degree in law - Admitted Attorney or Advocate - Legal Practice Council (LPC) - 8 Years relevant legal advisory work experience post admission - 4 years specialist experience
