Description

The Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS) seeks a senior project manager to oversee a project whose main objective is to enhance an existing data analytics solution that supports the detection of abuse and neglect of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Scope of Work

Oversee, coordinate, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on efforts to provide
_assessment data_ to the data analytics partner
_from internal DDS systems_
Develop and maintain a project plan to support activities for this aspect of the project
Hire and supervise a consultant developer who will perform the required development work at DDS
Coordinate efforts with the data analytics partner to receive the assessment data and to adjust the format and content of delivered data as needed
Provide weekly updates on the project to the DDS project business lead
Work with the developer consultant to provide solution documentation
Maintain a Teams site with relevant documentation
Oversee, coordinate, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on efforts to provide
_Admit, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) data_ to the data analytics partner
_from Connecticut hospitals through the state's Health Information Exchange (Connie)_.
Develop and maintain a project plan to support activities for this aspect of the project
Coordinate efforts with relevant Connie personnel to support the transmission of ADT data to the data analytics partner
Facilitate receipt, review, and approval/signatures of appropriate agreements with Connie
Identify, communicate, and track required work by Connie, the data analytics partner, and DDS.
Coordinate efforts with the data analytics partner to receive the assessment data and to adjust the format and content of delivered data as needed
Maintain a Teams site with relevant documentation
Provide weekly updates on the project to the DDS project business lead

SPECIAL NOTE: no work may commence until a PO has been delivered to Covendis_
Location_: Mostly remote; however, the consultant may be asked to come to Hartford, CT on occasion (at the discretion of DDS)
Schedule_: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm Eastern
