Account Manager / Project Manager

The Role

Client relations are our primary priority here at Pearl Lemon.

We are searching for a committed and amiable account manager to oversee client's accounts and who will act as point contact.

You should have the capacity to establish rapport with clients and be resourceful, analytical, flexible, and organized.

The account manager for food and beverage is responsible for establishing lasting, mutually beneficial connections with their contacts while continually working to identify the services that best meet each client's particular requirements.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Serves as main point of contact for assigned clients
Making the client aware of other services that we offer that can help them in the long run
Monitoring the client's budget making sure that they're receiving services within their scope, explaining costs, and negotiating new terms if necessary
Observing industry trends and competitor activities that may have an influence on the client (F&B industry)
Create a yearly plan and a monthly sales monitoring timetable.
Maintaining a good knowledge of the company's products and services
Communicates client needs and demands to the company
Create progress reports to be distributed to clients and higherups in the company

Required Skills and Experience

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Work experience gained through an internship or job in sales or customer service
The capacity to establish trusting working connections with colleagues and outside suppliers
The capacity to multitask and balance numerous tasks at once
Organizational competence and a keen eye for details
Flexibility and good problemsolving skills
Great listening skills
Extensive knowledge in consumer behaviors and industry trends

Purely remote / work from home

Salary:
From R13,848.00 per month
