- To take responsibility of supporting the operational functioning and management of the ethics and conduct rewards programme including the coordination of support activities required by educators To coordinate the relationship between internal stakeholders, project management, staff awareness training and monitoring, assessing, and reporting of programme implementation and participation progress as well as ensure implementation of innovative solutions to challenging ethics and compliance issues across the group
experience and qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Compliance or Business or Market Conduct role
- Programme support experience
- Evidence of technical experience in integrity due diligence, business/corporate intelligence, or compliance reviews/audits
- Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting and report writing in English
