Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for their team.

Requirements:

Grade 12 (matric certificate)

Hotel School Diploma / C&G Advanced Diploma / Equivalent

Must have held a FOC position for a minimum of 1-2yrs, with proven experience/exposure to all departments.

Clear criminal record

Drivers License preferred

About:

As an Assistant General Manager, you will assist the General Manager in the running of the business to ensure that services are consistent with set standards of service and quality, and the desired profitability.

Responsible for the effective operation of departments assigned to his / her supervision. To successfully market the business's product and services. To ensure a congenial atmosphere in which employees can perform to the best of their ability.

Salary:

R23,000 per month CTC (not negotiable)

Live in a management flat on the premises - free of charge (optional)
