Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
To support projects and to ensure expected service delivery to the HR team, business, Centre's of Excellence and broader HR business.
To proactively identify existing and potential problem areas and trends and guide and advise management to address them.
To ensure that all legislative requirements and policies are implemented and adhered to within the business unit.
To serve on/run committees/meetings within HR and Business structures where needed. Ensure effective working relationships with external HR and support pillars.
Manage and participate in daily HR activities and administration as per the required standards.
Managing and executing on HR / Business related projects.
Support and execute on the Strategic goals and projects of the Business within the HR team.
Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Grade 12
HR Management Diploma
A proven working knowledge of IR function and relevant Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA & EE Act)
Min 2years actively involved in HR admin related disciplines
2 years exposure to business processes
Knowledge and understanding of recruitment practices
Excellent Communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) MUST be pedantic about attention to detail and data accuracy
Must be able to self manage (includes effectively communicating with stakeholders)
Ability to use initiative on projects
Strong problem solving ability
Ability to work under pressure is essential
Facilitation skills
