Overview

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop talent acquisition strategies to source, attract and hire best-in-class talent.

By filling available positions within anticipated deadlines, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will improve the applicant and hiring manager experience by exceeding expected service levels and key performance indicators.

What will make you successful in this role?
Develop sourcing strategies in alignment with the business strategic priorities to ensure MiWay remains competitive with market best practices:
Agency and Third-Party Management
Manage and drive Talent Acquisition Pipelines for Critical and Scarce Skills
Talent and Recruitment Optimization of People and Process
Talent Reporting and Analytics
Develop relationships and manage Service Level Agreements with stakeholders
Onboarding of all new employees
Ad-hoc Projects
Knowledge Sharing Qualifications and Skills


Qualifications:


  • Diploma / B-Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology or related field of study?
  • Experience in managing a talent acquisition portfolio with large volumes.
  • Experience in direct headhunting/sourcing from a large corporate, combined with previous agency experience (advantageous)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently or in a matrix structure.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
