Job Role:

Take full ownership of administration / records: Purchases, pricing

Ability to manage and action a busy desk, multi-task

Exposure to a project-based space

Work in a tight deadline driven environment

Work with various service providers:
internally and externally

Update all new information required for all service providers

Work with the Procurement officer and the team to ensure all required deadlines are met.

Ensure PR conversion to PO is timely whilst ensuring all administrative duties are maintained

Experience
2 years plus procurement experience

Procurement System experience is required

Strong attention to detail

Preferable exposure to the Health and Fitness industry

Above average communication skill
