Supply Chain Factory Controller - Durban, South Africa - Château Gâteaux
Description
As Supply Chain Factory Controller you must be motivated and dynamic with excellent people skills. You will take full responsibility of the overall function of the manage financial control, stockmanagement and activities on the ERP system in alignment with company policies and procedures. To ensure that all reporting and tasks are executed and performed timeously and accurately.
Organizing of month end stock take
Month end stock take variance check and recon
Month end stock take report
Weekly and monthly factory stats update
Daily production reporting (Output, waste & downtime)
Weekly production recon
Monthly and weekly MRP
Weekly stock takes on MRP items and verification thereof
Daily and weekly raw material usage analysis
Compiling all above reports to a monthly report for month end reporting
Sorting out system issues and queries (ERP system)
Updating production tracking sheet
Stock custodian on ERP system
Loading and syncing of new Sub-recipes and Final product codes on IMS and SAGE and ensuring recipes
synced over correctly
Production Yield Analysis
Labor and overhead projections
Cost saving updated
Labor and overhead tracker to budget
A team member with knowledge of production processes, finished products, quality control and cost conscious.
Detail orientated - You must constantly strive to have accuracy in stock
management processes.
Exceptional interpersonal skills - You must be able to communicate with
employees and colleagues in an efficient and professional manner.
Task Focused - You aim to complete tasks in the most comprehensive way possible
with attention to detail.
Deadline Driven - you plan and structure your day to ensure that you meet your
deadlines for all tasks.
Preferred Experience & Qualification
A Diploma or Degree Qualification in Cost and Management Accounting, Finance,
Engineering or related field
1 year experience in the manufacturing environment in a similar role
any related ERP system
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English with report writing skills and
compilation ability.
Excel at an advanced (preferred) or intermediate level (minimum) is required.
Own transport and license.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
R20, R23,000.00 per month

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
