We are hiring two Area Managers, based in Johannesburg & Pretoria

Join our dynamic team as an Area Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brands
:Destinations by Frasers | Destinations Outdoor & Travel. As an Area Manager, you will oversee the operational activities of our retail stores to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Skills:

Demonstrated ability to assess store staff and stock profiles in relation to demographic factors.
Indepth knowledge of the market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, sales drivers, and market dynamics.
Strong understanding of Point of Sale systems and backoffice/admin functionality for analysis and investigation purposes.
Experience in handling Industrial Relations (IR) concerns, including the initiation and chairing of disciplinary inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Oversee operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
Lead strategic planning, staff management, inventory control, and maximise sales opportunities.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and roadworthy vehicle.
Grade 12 required; Relevant management experience preferred; Background in retail sector.
