Job Context:


Servest Office Services, a division of the Servest Group has a vacancy for a qualified and registered Pest Control Operator.

This position is based at our Durban Branch. The successful incumbent will be reporting to the Operations Controller.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Pest Control Qualification
  • Registered and has a P number
  • Must be able to do HACCP audits and checks and have good knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Good track record as a Pest Control Operator with high service quality
  • Valid Driver's licence

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Internal and onsite training for Pest Control staff.
  • Able to attend to customer queries and resolve customer site complaints.
  • Preaudit site checks for HACCP clients.
  • Assist with the managing of the Pest Control Team.
  • Measure the dimensions of the area needing treatment.
  • Use baits and set traps to control or kill pests.
  • Spray or dust chemical solutions, powders, gels etc. into areas.
