We are looking for a dynamic Rental Real Estate Assistant to partner up with one of the groups top Agents in Cape Town.

Key Requirements include:

  • Own laptop
  • Own Transportation
  • Computer literacy experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Previous sales experience would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients, tenant enquiries and landlord requests
  • Managing outdoor marketing strategies
  • Assisting with digital marketing execution and strategy
  • Business Development Management / Sales
  • Maintaining a knowledge of inventory on the market

Remuneration:
R8,000 - R10,000 per month with option of commission benefits
