Fuel Manager
Location:
Johannesburg
Requirements:
- Grade 1
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in the transport industry
- Advanced computer literacy
- Cross border experience will be an advantage
- Willing to work overtime when needed
Responsibilities:
- Supplier management
- Monthly review of fuel prices
- Sourcing and pricing of fuel track weekly / monthly fuel changes
- Fuel allocation
- Daily allocation of orders
- Approve orders
- Ensure vehicle dips are completed on all vehicles
- Prepare fuel reconciliations
- Daily review of fuel consumption
- Investigate fuel shortages / theft
- Ensure regular site inspections are done
- Complete inspections of equipment
- Manage plant maintenance and repair
- Respond to all fuel request
