Responsibility

The main purpose of the position is to achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the Commercial Relationship Managers (Corporate Sales Representatives) specific area/region

Coaching the team towards generating new business, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the RM's is key to the success of this role

Acquire competitor information as well as industry developments and network with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote Cartrack's Fleet Management Solution and VAS:

Achieve CRM targets, utilize the system to enable increased sales outcomes:

Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team:

Prepare monthly forecasts/budgets
Requirements:
- **Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets**:

Previous experience managing and coaching a Sales Team:
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization:

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close:

Strong business sense and industry expertise:

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills:
