Western Cape, Helderberg- (Market related)
Cook required to assist with food preparation and kitchen management.
Create a variety of menus and prepare meals, taking any dietary requirements into consideration.
Manage the kitchen including ordering of stock, planning and serving of meals.
Ensure that health and safety and food hygiene regulations are adhered to.
Requirements:
- 3 years' kitchen management experience essential.
- Experience preparing food for functions and events required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
