Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives revenue growth, and aligns with our overall business goals.
Oversee the brand image and narrative, ensuring a consistent and powerful brand message across all channels.
Utilize analytics and market research to inform marketing strategies and monitor performance metrics to optimize ROI.
Build, lead, and mentor a highperforming marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.
Create targeted and engaging marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and innovations, adapting strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product development, and leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to market positioning and product launches.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required or advanced degree in Marketing is highly preferred.
Professional certifications in marketing or leadership development are a plus.

years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably as a CMO or similar capacity.
