Description
Debtors invoicing on Pastel and follow up with outstanding payments

  • Creditors, Labour Broker invoice verification and processing
  • Creditors, Follow up and resolve queries and outstanding invoices with suppliers
  • Creditors, prepare important monthly reports to identify any abnormalities.
  • Creditors, processing of fuel and credit card slips and completing reconciliations
  • Other ad hoc duties to assist team with month end processing and reporting

Minimum requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or Financial Management
  • 2 years working experience
- knowledge in working on Pastel

  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure

Salary:
Up to R10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
